Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter Naomi Wild draws from R&B, dance, and hip-hop roots. She first gained notice lending her voice to several electronic pop tracks, most notably a featured turn on ODESZA’s “Higher Ground” that broke through in 2017. Within weeks she issued her own debut single, “Lessons.” A prominent 2019 feature on Machine Gun Kelly’s “Glass House” came next, followed by further solo releases such as 2022’s “WHOSE LOVE” and “HOW U FEELIN,” both of which include rapper Tempest.

While still in college, Wild began writing songs and sent vocal recordings made on her smartphone to producers and writers online. Tim Legend discovered her in 2016 and invited her onto his track “Hope.” Electronic duo ODESZA soon encountered her light, airy delivery, built an entire song around a vocal sample, and released the result—“Higher Ground”—in July 2017. The cut earned her a spot performing on Jimmy Kimmel Live!; shortly afterward she dropped the trap-influenced “Lessons,” produced by Bizness Boi.

Additional singles and guest appearances kept appearing, among them her own “La La Land” and the Machine Gun Kelly cut, both arriving in 2019. By the close of 2020 she had worked with Medasin, Jozels, and Louis the Child, and in 2022 she returned with the Tempest-featured singles “WHOSE LOVE” and “HOW U FEELIN.”
