Phil Fuldner

Phil Fuldner ranks among Germany’s most enduring DJs and producers, earning recognition as a Kosmonaut—an exclusive circle of artists signed to the country’s trendsetting Kosmo Records imprint. Fellow label members include Tom Novy, Eniac, and DJ Moguai. His breakthrough arrived in 1997 via the single “The Final,” a reinterpretation of the vintage “Captain Future Hymn.” Created jointly with longtime associate DJ Moguai, whose partnership with Fuldner originated well before either joined Kosmo, the track dominated dance charts throughout Europe. The following year Fuldner revisited the retro hit “S-Express,” original theme for the S-Express television program, securing another number-one placement on German dance charts. Over the ensuing two years he devoted himself to studio work, crafting productions and remixes for leading compilations alongside Timo Maas, Judge Jules, and Yves Deruyter.
