Biography
The producer working under the name Reverb Junkie, selected on account of the vast echoing space that defined many of her mixes, is in fact Michelle Chamuel, an alumna of Ella Riot and a onetime contestant on The Voice. Raised in Wellesley, Massachusetts after being born there, Chamuel launched the Reverb Junkie identity near 2010 to cover her unauthorized reworkings of material by Dntel, Chrome Sparks, and B.o.B. Formal recognition arrived in 2012 when the Junkie teamed with Drop Out Orchestra for the 12" pressing of "It Will Never Be the Same Again."
