Biography
Formed as a side project drawing musicians from multiple established acts, 30db was founded by mandolin player Jeff Austin of Yonder Mountain String Band and guitarist Brendan Bayliss of Umphrey's McGee. They expanded the group with Cody Dickinson of North Mississippi Allstars, who contributes drums, percussion, and keyboards, plus guitarist Nick Forster from Hot Rize and bassist Eric Thorin of Open Road. The band issued the album One Man Show via SCI Fidelity Records on May 11, 2010, and staged several performances near that date in support of the release.
