Biography
Alberto Comesaña, a Spanish vocalist, opted for a career in rock music upon discovering that his enthusiasm for melody outweighed his work as an agricultural engineer. He co-established Semen Up alongside Pedro González, Luis García, Javier Martínez, and Gonzalo Gil during 1983, and the ensemble issued their initial recording, Lo Estas Haciendo Bien, two years afterward. The ensemble dissolved by 1989. Relocating to Madrid, Comesaña collaborated with vocalist Cristina del Valle on the endeavor Amistades Peligrosas, which unveiled Retratos de una Intriga during June of 1991. The pair declared their separation in 1998. Securing a contract with EMI Music Spain for his individual endeavors, Comesaña produced the Latin pop record Perversiones, issued in 2001.
