Biography
In High Wycombe, England, producers James Tadgell and John Clare first joined forces on music projects during their early years, later expanding the lineup with vocalist Vanya Taylor, already established through her independent releases. Their initial breakthrough arrived via the composition of “Intro” for Tinie Tempah’s debut album and a remix of Jessie J’s “It’s My Party.” Throughout 2013 the trio issued its opening singles; “Bullet” appeared to limited notice and did not enter the charts. By December the follow-up “Higher (Free)” achieved stronger traction across the U.K., securing rotation on prominent stations and peaking at number 20.
