Biography
Although sharing no connection with Black Math Experiment, the Los Angeles-based Black Math Horseman delivers mellow doom as a female-fronted ensemble featuring Sera Timms on bass and vocals, Sasha Popovic on drums, along with guitarists Bryan Tulao and Ian Barry. In January 2009, the group inked a deal with Brooklyn's Tee Pee Records. Shortly thereafter in April, following their appearance at South by Southwest that year, the label put out the band's first full-length effort, Wyllt, handled in production and engineering by Scott Reeder, formerly the bassist in Kyuss, known as stoner rock pioneers.
