For The Fallen Dreams

Formed in 2003 in Lansing, Michigan, For the Fallen Dreams includes vocalist Chad Ruhlig, guitarists Jim Hocking and Jason Spencer, bassist/vocalist Joe Ellis, and drummer Andrew Tkaczyk among its members. The five-piece drew influence from melodic metalcore acts such as Misery Signals, Still Remains, and It Prevails, building experience through local performances before securing a contract with Rise Records and issuing their first full-length, Changes, in 2008. Relentless, released in 2009, introduced new vocalist Dylan Richter while marking the final appearance of founding member Andrew Tkaczyk. Back Burner followed in 2011, and the band’s fourth studio album, Wasted Youth, appeared in 2012.
