Biography
Fresh Start Worship comprises a lively quintet of vocalists celebrated for their inspiring gospel music rooted in faith. Their profile rose notably following the release of the 2018 track titled "Mention."
Originating from the Fresh Start Church located in Duluth, Georgia, the ensemble came together near the year 2012 to serve as the congregation's praise and worship team. With direction from the church's pastor Marquis Boone, who also manages the group, they conducted worship services, went on tour, and started composing original songs. Among the members during those formative periods, vocalist Casey J distinguished herself by entering an agreement with Boone's management company and achieving a top gospel single on Billboard in 2014 via "Fill Me Up." Building on that accomplishment by Casey J, Fresh Start Worship persisted in their growth, releasing their first self-titled record in 2018. The project featured the song "Mention," which reached the second position on the Gospel Airplay ranking compiled by Billboard.
