Biography
Originating from Diest in Belgium’s Flemish region, singer and guitarist Jasper Erkens was born on October 1, 1992. Recognition first arrived in 2008 after he recorded a cover of Gnarls Barkley’s “Crazy.” His initial full-length release, The Brighter Story, appeared the next year on No Circus and entered the Top Five, generating the hit single “Waiting Like a Dog.”
