Biography
Having been born in Cádiz and raised in Huelva, singer-songwriter Pablo Carbonell relocated to Madrid at the age of 19, where he soon began performing alongside Pedro Reyes. He went on to assemble the pop/rock outfit los Toreros Muertos by joining forces with bassist Many Moure and keyboardist Guillermo Piccolini. Once los Toreros Muertos dissolved in the early '90s, Carbonell appeared in films such as Los Invitados, Loco Veneno, and Mátame Mucho while also authoring the book Sinsahara in 1997. His debut solo album, Aceitunas y Estrellas, appeared in the year 2000 on the label he founded himself, 18 Chulos.
