Steve Wells operates as a musician and producer whose output extends across indie dirt rock into electro and onward to lush cinematic ambience. Observers regularly characterize his creative realm as intensely visual, cinematic, and emotional. As co-founder of the New Zealand groups Svelte and Fur Patrol—the latter distinguished by its number one single, platinum album, and four NZ music awards—he now resides and works in Paris.
