Tenth Avenue North

Tenth Avenue North originated in the West Palm Beach, Florida vicinity and adopted their name from a prominent local roadway while developing an upbeat contemporary pop style that established them as a leading presence in Christian music. Fronted by Mike Donehey on vocals and songwriting, the ensemble issued three independent albums—Broken Down in 2002, Don't Look Back in 2003, and Speaking of Silence in 2005—plus the 2006 EP God with Us prior to inking a deal with Reunion Records and delivering Over and Underneath in 2008 along with The Light Meets the Dark in 2010. Their concert album Live: Inside and In Between emerged in 2011 and was followed by the studio release The Struggle the subsequent year.

Cathedrals reached stores in 2014 and registered as the band's third number-one entry on the Billboard Christian Albums chart, incorporating guest turns from Audrey Assad, Derek Minor, and KB. Followers, their fifth long-player, returned them to the top of that chart two years afterward. The seasonal set Decade the Halls appeared in 2017 and was succeeded by the EP Things We've Been Afraid to Say in 2018, while No Shame arrived as a full-length project in August 2019.
