Biography
Known for blending atmospheric chillwave with R&B-tinged indie electronic pop, Britain's Astronomyy works as a singer, guitarist, and producer. Originating from rural Worcestershire, he initially attracted attention by sharing his music on the internet, with early examples encompassing "Don't Need You" alongside "Things I'd Do for You." His first EP, There for U, came out in 2014 via the Lunar Surf label he established himself. Among its tracks were "Pack of Wolves" and "You Make Me Feel Good." He followed up the next year with When I'm with U as his sophomore EP. Rest in Paradise marked his third EP in 2017, incorporating a revised take on "Don't Need You."
