Biography
Formed in 1999, the Spanish tech-house project Bassdrum Project originated through the partnership of DJ Joe, born José A. Herraiz, and DJ Beatblue, born Carlos Conejo. Their first outing arrived as the maxi-single Phase One, issued via the independent imprint Contraseña Records in July 2000. Dark Track appeared the following year in June 2001.
