Black Fortune

Originating from Landover, Maryland, rapper Black Fortune initially embraced an R&B-infused approach prior to shifting toward a more aggressive rap aesthetic. His entry into the music landscape occurred in 2015 via the release of "PG County High School Cypher 2." Subsequently, he distanced himself from that early direction in pursuit of developing a distinctive rap identity, a process that reached its peak with the 2018 mixtape OsshRock. Expanding upon the Ossh concept, he positioned it as an entirely new language and way of life. This notion received additional reinforcement through the 2020 mixtape OSSHLORD.
