Biography
Hailing from Southern California, the trio Brainoil delivers punishing sludge metal. Emerging after the dissolution of multiple hardcore and metal acts, the group cut a split EP alongside the noise specialists Cuervo in 2001, with production handled by Neurosis member Noah Landis.
