Chandler Moore has earned Dove and Grammy honors as a singer, songwriter, and worship leader whose approach bridges gospel traditions with broader mainstream appeal. His close association with Maverick City Music has produced chart successes alongside Kirk Franklin, Justin Bieber, Dante Bowe, Elevation Worship, and Tori Kelly. The debut solo album Feelings appeared in 2020, followed three years later by the joint project The Maverick Way and the standalone single “Lead Me On” in 2024.

Charleston, South Carolina, is his birthplace, where a pastor father oversaw regular church attendance in a devout family setting. Moore later served as music director for a modest congregation and performed as a background vocalist with Tye Tribbet and Travis Greene. He also supplied original material for both Tribbet and Bri Babineaux before issuing his own recordings, which led to Feelings in 2020. That album entered Billboard’s Top Gospel Albums chart at number four, building on earlier successes such as the hit “Man of Your Word” with KJ Scriven and “Voice of God” with Dante Bowe. His 2021 appearance on Justin Bieber’s “All She Wrote” extended his reach beyond gospel circles, and contributions to the Elevation Worship and Maverick City Music release Old Church Basement secured his first Grammy.

During 2022 he joined Cody Carnes on “Firm Foundation [He Won’t]” and Brandon Lake on “Fear Is Not My Future,” then opened 2023 with “No Longer Bound [I’m Free]” alongside Forrest Frank, “God Problems” with Naomi Raine, and “Good News” featuring Todd Galberth. These tracks formed part of the 2023 Maverick City collaborative album The Maverick Way, while Moore’s own “Lead Me On” arrived the following year.
