Biography
In June 2006 the San Diego, California-based melodic Christian metalcore outfit Destroy the Runner formally joined the Solid State roster. The ensemble—singer Kyle Setter, guitarists Duane Reed and Nick Maldonado, bassist Jeremiah Crespo, and drummer Marc Kohlbry—performed the next month at Illinois’ Cornerstone Festival and released their debut full-length Saints that September. They later promoted the album through extensive touring alongside Haste the Day, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, and others.
