Edmond Leung

Edmond Leung, a Cantopop singer and songwriter whose success extended across multiple decades, also took on roles in numerous television shows and films. His birth occurred in Hong Kong on November 5, 1971, after which he launched his professional path by reaching the finals of the 1989 New Talent Singing Awards. Still only 17 at that stage, he promptly received a recording contract from the Capital Artists label. Starting in 1990, he issued roughly one album per year with Capital Artists until transferring to Gold Label in 2002. His steady flow of recordings continued from that juncture, alongside further appearances in various television series and films.
