Fifty fifty

FIFTY FIFTY crafts affectionate K-pop built on tender melodies, luminous production values, and themes of romantic aspiration. ATTRAKT launched the quartet in 2022 under the Warner Korea umbrella, choosing the name to signify a balance between 50 percent “ideal” and 50 percent “reality.” The four members—leader Saena, Aran, Keena, and Sio—were introduced in November 2022 through the group’s social channels, accompanied by the debut single “Higher” and the mini-album The Fifty, which entered Korea’s Circle Album Chart at number 44.

Their follow-up single album, The Beginning: Cupid, improved on that showing by reaching number 11 upon its February 2023 release. The track “Cupid” became their global breakout, fueled by a viral TikTok clip; it climbed into the upper half of the Billboard Hot 100 while placing inside the Top 20 in the U.K., Canada, and South Korea, and it reached the Top Ten in both Australia and New Zealand. In August 2024 the group issued another single, “Starry Night,” which peaked inside the Top Ten of Billboard’s Hot Digital Songs chart.
