Biography
Belgian singer, guitarist, and writer Frank Vander Linden fronts the Flemish rock band De Mens in addition to maintaining his own career, which reached a milestone with a solo album in 2009. Michel de Coster on bass and drummer Dirk Jans round out the lineup, which first appeared in 1992 through the single "Dit Is Mijn Huis" and an accompanying self-titled album. Further band releases followed with Ik Wil Meer in 1994, Wil Je Beroemd Zijn? in 1996, Sex Verandert Alles in 1999, Liefde in 2001, Blond in 2003, In Het Gras in 2005, and Onder de Duinen in 2007. That same year Vander Linden issued his own debut single "In de Walszaal" together with a self-titled album on No Circus, and the record reached the Belgian Top Ten.
