Bart Peeters

Hailing from Mortsel in Belgium, Bart Peeters enjoys widespread popularity and respect in his homeland as a drummer, presenter, actor, and singer. He first entered the music industry during the 1980s alongside the band the Radios. His solo path began in 2004 with the appearance of his debut album, Het Plaatje van Bart Peeters (or, in English, The Record of Bart Peeters). Two years later came Slimmer dan de Zanger (More Clever Than the Singer), followed in 2008 by the hit release De Hemel in het Klad (Draft of Heaven). That record quickly ascended to the summit of the Belgian charts and reinforced the standing of this Flemish artist. Alongside his recorded successes, Peeters has accumulated numerous appearances on regional television.
