Kongsted

Andreas Kongsted, a Danish DJ, crafts physical house music tailored to his high-energy live sets that foster direct audience engagement. Originating from Naestved yet based in Copenhagen, he launched his DJ career in the late 2000s and collected local awards along with nominations tied to his club performances. The 2012 single "Good Times" marked his first chart entry and settled just outside the Danish Top 20. Breakthrough success followed in 2013 via the multi-platinum "Chuck Norris," which advanced into the Top Ten. Both tracks later featured on the EP Welcome to My Universe, issued in 2015. Further audience expansion came with the For the Crowd EP and the track "R.E.D.," which secured Kongsted a contract with Universal. A string of collaborations appeared in the ensuing years, among them "Wild Child" with Cisilia and "Tik Tok" with Marwo. Early 2018 brought his third EP, the propulsive Klubben.
