Biography
Los Sencillos, the Spanish pop/rock band once called Aullidos en el Garaje, entered a recording contract with BMG-Ariola in 1989. Their first full-length effort, De Placer!, appeared the next year and was helmed by producer Jesús Gómez. Encasadenadie arrived in 1991 and contained the hit single "Bonito Es," which launched its video on MTV Europe. After the band put out Seres Positivos, members gained chances to support touring acts such as Duran Duran and the Brand New Heavies. A self-titled album was tracked in 1996; near that same moment, Los Sencillos switched to DRO East West and released Colección de Favoritos in 1999.
