Ocean Park Standoff

In 2015, Ocean Park Standoff formed in Los Angeles as a trio uniting English musician and DJ Samantha Ronson—sister of the prolific DJ and producer Mark Ronson—alongside singer, songwriter, vocalist, and producer Ethan Thompson plus producer and drummer Pete Nappi. Their output merges uplifting anthemic alt-pop with bright, melody-driven electro-rock. The group delivered its opening singles, “Good News” and “Photos & Liquor,” in 2016 ahead of the self-titled debut EP issued by Hollywood Records in March 2017. Early 2018 brought the vibrant electronic single “Lost Boys,” created with Norwegian EDM production team SeeB, followed by the Lil Yachty collaboration “If You Were Mine” and the track “Good Time.”
