Peachcake

Peachcake emerged as a fun-loving indie electronic outfit during the winter of 2003 in Carefree Creek, Arizona, through the partnership of Stefan "Space Panda" Pruett and John "DJ JohnO" O'Keefe. A series of rotating performers—David Halicky, Mike McHale, Josh Carro, Jessy Meeker, Tanner Menard, and Jake Ricker—helped flesh out their live sound. Their first EP, Chain Letter, appeared via Western Tread in 2004. Within the following four years, what began as a casual endeavor evolved into a prominent national act that performed at SXSW and the Warped Tour while securing sponsorship from Jones Soda. Stores received their second EP, wryly titled We Should've Never Released This, in 2006, followed two years afterward by the release of their debut album, What Year Will You Have the World.
