Hailing from Barranquilla, Colombian singer and songwriter Beéle—born Brandon de Jesús López—works in Latin urban music and pop. He began composing his own material during his early teenage years, issuing his first official single, "Loco," at age 16. Guided by DJ Luian and Mambo Kingz, the track turned into a worldwide sensation in 2019, topping the charts in more than twenty territories. The next year brought another major hit, "Inolvidable," produced by Ovy on the Drums, the beatmaker behind numerous Karol G successes. Presented as a ballad, the song signaled Beéle’s openness to shifting styles, an outlook that soon led him to explore Afrobeat, bachata, merengue, and further Caribbean rhythms. Much like his contemporaries, he has operated chiefly as a singles and collaborations artist; through the beginning of 2024 he had yet to deliver a solo album or EP. Even so, he had already released more than fifty singles and joint tracks alongside Latin pop figures such as Farruko, Sebastián Yatra, Rauw Alejandro, Tini, Myke Towers, Manuel Turizo, Andrés Cepeda, Maluma, Piso 21, Lenny Tavárez, and Feid, among others.
