Chris Porter

Chris Porter, a comedian whose mild opening manner gives way to biting delivery reminiscent of Lewis Black, earned his widest recognition from guest spots on The Bob & Tom Show and a finalist run on the reality competition Last Comic Standing. Born and raised in Shawnee, Kansas, he broke through in 2006. That year he toured with Comedy Central’s Live Tour across the U.S., performed on Live at Gotham, and advanced to the final three contestants on season four of Last Comic Standing before Josh Blue claimed the title. Three years later he received his own episode of Comedy Central Presents, and in 2014 he issued the standup special Ugly and Angry.
