Flipp Dinero, recognized for his raspy delivery, drew early industry notice through a flexible style that combined fluid freestyles with melodic hooks and secured backing from Joey Bada$$ along with DJ Khaled. His first EP, The Guala Way, surfaced in 2017, and the arrival of his debut official album Love for Guala placed him on the Billboard 200.

Born Christopher St. Victor and raised in Brooklyn, the rapper passed his childhood skateboarding and performing vocals with a neighborhood choir. He took up rapping at age 15, then began supplying guest verses on other artists’ records while still in his early twenties. Fellow Brooklyn emcee Joey Bada$$ took notice and guided Dinero toward a contract with Cinematic Music Group. During 2017 Dinero issued the tracks “I Do” and “Running Up Bands,” showcasing his singular flow and melodic talent, then dropped his initial mixtape The Guala Way that June. The 2018 releases “Leave Me Alone,” “You Know It,” and “Feelin Like” sustained the momentum, steadily expanding his audience with each outing. “Leave Me Alone” earned platinum certification and reached the Top 20, heightening anticipation for the 2019 full-length Love for Guala. Distributed through DJ Khaled’s We the Best Music Group in partnership with Cinematic and Epic Records, the project charted on the Billboard 200 and included appearances by Jay Critch, Kodak Black, Rich the Kid, and Lil Baby. In 2020 Dinero put out the singles “Jump Off” and “Rich Today,” joined A Boogie wit da Hoodie on “No No No,” and linked with Jadakiss and Smoke DZA for “Hibachi.” The following year he unveiled the EP Table for One while continuing to drop tracks such as “Playing My Part” and “The Get Back.”
