Biography
Kevin George's arrival on the alternative R&B scene was powered by his first single, "High Like This," whose shadowy groove and spacy hooks quickly elevated the young Connecticut producer and singer. He draws from sources spanning Prince to Tame Impala and the Weeknd while fusing dark-toned R&B with hip-pop and left-field pop ingredients. Issued in January 2018, the song led his debut EP, Loveland. Later that year he issued two further EPs: Fortina, which contained "She Don't Love Me" with Gunna, and Hopeless Romantic, spotlighting "Call Me When You're Sober." In 2020 he teamed with producer Daktyl on the track "Changes."
