La Banda Loca

La Banda Loca, a merengue ensemble, came together in New York City during 1990 under the guidance of vocalists Elvis Classe, Osvaldo Peralta, and Luis Rafael Inoa. The group introduced itself to audiences via Locuras in 1992, quickly following up later in that year with Mas Locuras and then delivering La La La La Loca during 1993. Incontrolable arrived in 1994, paving the way for La Banda Loca to receive the Association Cronistas de Espectaculos honor in the subsequent year as the top merengue act in New York; Locos de Remate surfaced shortly thereafter, with Mas Locos Que Nunca emerging in 1996.
