Prelow

Prelow came together during 2014 within the confines of New York City as a relaxed electropop pair consisting of Jesse Aicher alongside Matt Walsh. These two individuals, each functioning as songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist, first crossed paths while attending classes at NYU's Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music. Following their collaboration's inception, the track "Mistakes Like This" emerged as one of the initial outputs and gained traction as a streaming success upon its mid-2014 unveiling. An agreement with Atlantic Records followed, leading to the 2015 debut EP release titled Why Does Everything Happen So Much. After dedicating effort toward crafting fresh songs for the imprint, the pair resurfaced during early 2017 via the singles "Guitar Beat" and "I Don't Wanna End the Night," with "Goes to Shit" appearing as yet another single in early 2018.
