Atlanta rapper Street Money Boochie launched his recording career through repeated work with his relative Bankroll Fresh, first appearing on the 2015 single “Walked In.” Belonging to the Street Money circle, he issued numerous mixtapes from 2015 to 2018 and built listeners by giving the material away across several digital outlets. Among the many tracks he put out quickly, “Good” and “Selfish” helped connect his cryptic, steady delivery with a growing audience.

Raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Boochie developed an early passion for rap as a devoted follower of 2Pac. His cousin Bankroll Fresh, born Trentavious Zamon White, Sr., was close in age, and the pair immersed themselves in the city’s active rap environment. Bankroll gained notice ahead of Boochie, yet the two continued to trade verses and appear on each other’s material. Boochie’s opening mixtape, Bless da Streetz, arrived in 2015 and succeeded regionally, bringing wider attention to their melody-driven approach. Appearances by Skooly, Strap da Fool, Yayo, and further guests lent a shared, brighter tone to portions of the otherwise somber project. He kept posting new mixtapes online, among them Flava God near the close of 2015 and Where I Came From in 2016.

March 2016 brought the fatal shooting of Bankroll Fresh during a studio dispute with childhood acquaintance No Plug. The loss hit Boochie hard; he spoke directly against No Plug in interviews while preserving his cousin’s presence through later mixtape features. Releases continued at the same pace, including Flava God 2 and the Yfn Kay collaboration YFNSM in 2017, followed by the Synpa joint A Nightmare on 88 Street in 2018. That same year he also issued the brooding, atmospheric set StreetMoneyBoochie.
