Biography
Formed in 2015 in Salt Lake City, Utah, the New Low emerged as a hard-hitting and emotionally charged metalcore unit assembled from ex-members of Hearts & Hands. The lineup features Garrett Garfield on vocals, Fletcher Howell handling bass and vocals, Hiram Hernandez and Christopher Kim on guitar, and Corey Beaver on drums, delivering an adrenaline-pumping blend of melodic alt-metal and punishing post-hardcore that recalls groups such as A Day to Remember, Chelsea Grin, and It Prevails. Shortly after their start, the band signed with Razor & Tie and issued their debut studio long-player, Continuance, in July 2016.
