Tree

Hailing from Westwood, Massachusetts, just outside Boston, Tree formed as a hardcore punk and alternative metal outfit with vocalist River, guitarist Ooze also known as Uzi, bassist Jake, and drummer Billy Beck also known as Billy Fever. The quartet cut three albums for Cherrydisc—Lot to Fear, 1994’s Plant a Tree or Die, and 1996’s Downsizing the American Dream—prior to the label’s demise. Wonderdrug then signed the band and released the live set Radio Bootleg for the Restless Masses in 1998, followed by the all-new studio album Our Day Will Come the next year. No Regrets No Remorse appeared in early 2001.
