Bali Baby

Bali Baby, the rapper who informally claims much of her catalog with a lighthearted "Muah!," focuses on laid-back, melodic flows that land like playful jabs. Born in Jacksonville, North Carolina, she now works from Atlanta, Georgia, as the leader of Playgirl Gang. She arrived on the scene in the second half of the 2010s, issuing a rapid series of releases throughout 2017 that featured the mixtapes Bubbles Bali, Brazy Bali, and Bali's Play 2, along with singles such as "Enemies," "Banana Klip," and "Coupe," and guest spots on tracks by Kay the Yacht ("Wanted Love"), Sir'shahly ("Running Man"), Guala da Gawd ("Harley Quinn"), and Trippie Redd ("Woah Woah Woah"). She sustained the pace in 2018 by dropping further singles including "AMBER Alert" and "Miley Cyrus," the Bali Blanco EP, and the full-length Baylor Swift, an album with a stronger rock emphasis.
