Emerging from Colombia, this reggaetón performer first attracted attention during the mid-2010s through Forward Latin releases that featured his 2015 album Boy Toy, before transferring his affiliation to Warner Music Mexico toward the close of 2018. Subsequent activity encompassed a string of Warner-supported solo singles along with extensive joint tracks, as Duque appeared free to contribute across the assorted labels tied to his various collaborators.

Born in 1997 in Pereira—a coffee-producing city nestled in the Andean foothills—Duque was just 16 when he laid down his debut single “A Fuego Lento” alongside veteran New York artist Arcángel. Forward Latin promptly released the follow-up “Me Despido” that November, generating greater notice. To support Boy Toy, the label put out four additional singles in 2015, among them the polished “Carita Bonita,” a team-up with Puerto Rican peer Kelmitt. The next year proved relatively subdued, yielding only the summery tracks “No me Hablen Más de Amor” and “Más Calor.” Activity picked up markedly in 2017, highlighted by the festive “Pégate y Bailemos,” which accumulated millions of streams; more solo cuts followed before Duque closed his Forward era with the well-received “Parezco un Loco,” recorded with reggaetón duo Jowell & Randy.

His Warner chapter opened strongly via “Mambo,” shared with award-winning Childsplay and Chuckie, then continued with a high-profile appearance on Miss Tara’s November 2018 theme for the John Travolta film Speed Kills. Solo offerings in 2019 comprised “Honey” and “Poco Tela,” while shared releases with Mosta Man, Agalma, and Mik Mish kept Duque’s visibility elevated. The pattern of joint work persisted into 2020, culminating in September’s “Pa Ponertelo” alongside rising talent Benny Veneno.
