Biography
Drawing from sources of inspiration including Jack White, Bon Iver, Nick Drake, and Ryan Adams, the singer/songwriter/guitarist Jessarae arrived in the music landscape at the start of 2016 through his debut EP, Nobody's Human, which carried a strong emotional charge. This Los Angeles-raised, Canadian-born, London-based performer, equipped with commanding rock vocals and equally capable guitar skills, saw that opening release reach the top of the charts and attract the attention of Island Records, leading the label to issue his eagerly awaited second EP, Stand in the Rain, in the latter part of the year.
