Biography
Following high school, Italian singer and actor Massimo Di Cataldo entered the music scene by performing with several local bands. His fourth-place finish at the 1993 Castrocaro Festival quickly led to a contract with Sony Music. The next year, his appearance at the Festival of San Remo with “Che Sará Di Me” accompanied the release of his debut album, Siamo Nati Liberi, and its Spanish counterpart, Libres Como el Viento. In 1996, Di Cataldo received the Singer Revelation of the Year award while issuing Anime along with its Spanish version, Con el Alma.
