Raf

Raffaele Riefoli first saw the light of day in Margherita di Savoia, Italy, on September 19, 1959. He stepped into the recording industry in 1983 with the arrival of his initial long-player, Self Control, issued under the performing alias Raf. That effort climbed the domestic rankings, powered in particular by strong showings from the tracks “Change Your Mind” and “Hard.” Nearly half a decade afterward he returned with Svegliarsi un Anno Fa, while Cosa Restera reached stores in 1989. Throughout the following decade he continued to issue recordings at regular intervals: Sogni...E' Tutto Quello Che C'e appeared in 1991, Cannibali followed in 1993, Manifesto arrived in 1995, and Collezione Temporanea closed the sequence in late 1996.
