Biography
The worship collective New Life Worship, linked to Colorado's New Life Church, came into being in 1991 after pastor Ross Parsley established New Life Ministries. Their first release arrived in 2007 as the live album My Savior Lives. Counting on God appeared the following year, emerging after a much-admired pastor stepped down amid intense scandal and an unrelated fatal shooting took place at the site not long after. Jon Egan guided the ensemble through 2013's Strong God: Live, which included the successful title song "Strong God."
