Nora En Pure crafts an uplifting strain of deep house that regularly weaves in acoustic elements like flute, piano, and harmonica. Born in South Africa and raised in Switzerland, she draws inspiration from her wide-ranging travels together with her classical and pop background. Her warmly euphoric productions frequently conjure images of natural settings and distant locales, reflected in titles such as "Saltwater," "Diving with Whales," and "Lake Arrowhead." She participates in the Helvetic Nerds collective alongside Dinka, Daniel Portman, DJ Tatana, and producer Christian Hirt.

Daniela Niederer came into the world in Johannesburg with a South African mother and a Swiss father, acquiring piano and flute skills during childhood. Around 2008 she connected with friends active in electronic music and soon began issuing house tracks under the Nora En Pure moniker. From 2010 onward she generated a steady flow of singles and EPs, most of them on the Zürich-based label Enormous Tunes. A remix of Daniel Portman's "Khaweri" and the Aaliyah-sampling original "You Make Me Float" generated early interest, though her leading track to that point was the 2013 single "Come with Me," which entered the Top 50 of the Belgian singles chart. By 2015 she had reworked material for Dirty Vegas, RÜFÜS, and Dragonette while appearing at Ultra Music Festival, Mysteryland, and Webster Hall. Niederer supplied a BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix in July of 2016 and later held a residency at Ibiza club Privilege. After further festival and event dates including Tomorrowland and Coachella, she released the singles "We Found Love" featuring Ashibah and "Birthright" in 2019.
