Biography
Sean Feucht, a contemporary Christian music artist who also works as a missionary and worship leader, issued multiple encouraging folk-inflected independent albums toward the end of the 2000s before bringing out his debut book, Fire and Fragrance, in 2010. Driven by worldwide ministry goals, he created the Burn 24/7 initiative, which carried him to numerous countries for gatherings and yielded recordings such as the 2014 album Messengers along with the 2015 live project Sacred Mountain, a collaboration with United Pursuit.
A Montana native, Feucht took up guitar while in high school, where he penned his earliest material and led worship for his youth group. He issued his first album, Remain, in 2004 during college studies in Tulsa, Oklahoma, setting off a productive stretch that delivered seven further releases before the decade closed. In those same years he established Burn 24/7, an international grassroots organization centered on worship, prayer, and missions, and began working as a public speaker.
During 2010 he released the book Fire and Fragrance: From the Great Commandment to the Great Commision together with the live album Your Presence Is Enough. Additional live projects followed, joined by studio efforts including 2012’s Songs for Nations and 2014’s Messengers. Sacred Mountain, recorded with the Knoxville-based worship group United Pursuit, appeared in 2015; a year afterward came both the book Integrity: Character of the Kingdom and the compilation The Things We Did at First, which featured guests including Ricky Skaggs and Kristene Dimarco. Around this time Feucht relocated from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to Redding, California, to serve as songwriter and worship leader on the Bethel Music staff. His first project in that capacity was the 2018 release Wild.
