Gustavo Lara

Following a period of temporary residence in Italy, where he completed several recording sessions throughout the summer of 1995 in preparation for entering the music industry, singer/songwriter Gustavo Lara issued his self-titled debut album in February 1996. He reunited with producer José Ramon Flores in August 1997 to create his next project. Following the release of Pequeña Historia, his song "Te Me Vas" reached the charts throughout Latin America. Capitalizing on his increasing recognition, Gustavo Lara relocated to Madrid and recorded Viaje al Corazón, which appeared later that year.
