Superwalkers

Forming in 2010, Swedish duo Superwalkers originated when two solo composers identified only as "A" and "J" crossed paths in Stockholm's club circuit and began swapping concepts for their separate works. That exchange soon deepened into a genuine partnership, with the act taking concrete shape upon issuing its debut single, "Not Like Us," in 2014. Their sound, rooted in the glossy templates of platinum '80s pop acts yet refreshed by modern electronics akin to those of MGMT or M83, drew steady attention, prompting further singles that attracted management and label support through strong streaming reactions. By summer 2016 the pair had completed its first EP, Home, a four-track set issued via the Cosmos Music label.
