BRS Kash

Kenneth Duncan, Jr., known professionally as Atlanta rapper BRS Kash, entered the world in his hometown during 1993. A household steeped in performance shaped his upbringing, with a mother who pursued the stage herself. Breakthrough arrived via his debut single “Throat Baby (Go Baby)” in 2020, whose melodic, booming fun quickly ignited a social-media dance challenge that pulled mainstream ears toward the bouncy, midtempo groove and sent streams into the millions. The resulting buzz secured a contract with Interscope’s LVRN imprint, leading to the 2021 release of his first album, the 12-track Kash Only. Alongside the title cut’s predecessor, the set spotlighted the Mulatto-assisted hit “Kash App.”
