Hollyn

Born Holly Marie Miller in Waverly, Ohio during 1997, Hollyn first gained widespread attention in 2013 after competing as a contestant on the twelfth season of American Idol. A gifted vocalist and singer/songwriter whose primary influences include pop, R&B, and Christian music, she advanced as far as the Hollywood rounds before being eliminated, after which she quickly began building recognition within the CCM scene. Early in 2015 she joined TobyMac on the single “Backseat Driver” from his Grammy Award-winning album This Is a Not a Test, and later that same year released her self-titled debut EP, highlighted by the hit single “Alone,” which propelled the project into the Billboard Christian Top Ten. Her debut full-length album One-Way Conversations, featuring guest appearances by TobyMac and Andy Mineo, climbed to number six on the Christian albums chart in early 2017 on the strength of the charting singles “Can't Live Without You” and “Love with Your Life.” The following year she issued the Aaron Cole-assisted single “Everything and More” backed with “Isaac.”
