Jordan St. Cyr

Jordan St. Cyr works as a Canadian singer, songwriter, and worship leader whose soulful CCM pop approach first surfaced in 2015, merging anthemic hooks with lyrics centered on hope and grace. He built his abilities through appearances at clubs, coffee houses, churches, and youth groups, which paved the way for wider notice in 2020 when the uplifting single "Fires" arrived and later featured on the debut EP Be My Defender issued the next year.

Manitoba provided the setting for his birth and upbringing, during which he took up lyric and poem writing at age 14. Pairing those words with music occurred while he served as worship leader at his church, and at 19 he joined YWAM in Montana, where the decision to record his material took hold. A series of favorably received singles emerged between 2015 and 2019, among them "I Look to Jesus," "In My Lifetime," and "Lay It Down."

BEC Recordings signed him after the powerful single "Fires" appeared in 2020, placing that track and three others on the 2021 debut EP Be My Defender.
