New York-based electronic duo VAVO specializes in upbeat, hook-driven progressive house and electro. They first surfaced in 2016 but reached a broader audience through the 2018 single "Right Now," which featured Caroline Kole.

The project came together in 2015 around producers Jesse Fischer and Alden Martin. Martin first reached out after encountering Fischer’s earlier group Flight School, suggesting they collaborate on fresh material. Their immediate creative rapport prompted them to continue as a duo, issuing well-received cuts such as "Feel Good" and "Bromance" with Steve Reece. The releases quickly built a substantial online audience. Additional tracks soon appeared, among them joint efforts with Alaris, Otto Orlandi, and further associates. In 2017 the pair supplied a remix of Tony Igy’s "Astronomia." The following year they reached number 32 on Billboard’s Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart with "Right Now," again featuring singer Caroline Kole. VAVO later teamed with ZHIKO on 2019’s "Anything for You" and 2020’s "Day N' Night."
